Do you have Questions ?
Can I submit claims I had before signing up?
Only claims from date of membership would be prevalent. No claims prior to membership would be considered unless otherwise indicated by the director of The Legal Well.
After how long can I cancel my membership?
A 30 day notice period is requried before cancellation of any contract. The client must serve a minimum of 24months before cancellation.
Can I downgrade my package?
Yes, however you must be a member for longer than 6 months.
Does my fee increase yearly?
Yes, an annual increase of maximum 10% would be automatically done unless otherwise indicated by the director of The Legal Well.
How do I cancel after 24 months?
All cancellations must be done telephonically.
